What number can I send messages from?
We have different sender ID options you can choose from, such as dedicated numbers and alpha tags. Both options can help your customers recognise you as a trusted sender. Find the right sender ID for your business.
How many characters are in one SMS credit?
Good question. A standard SMS credit is 160 characters, including spaces. An emoji counts as two characters. And if your message contains Unicode characters or emoji, the character limit drops from 160 down to 70 characters. For more on this, check out our infographic.
