Your conference guide to SuiteWorld 2021
According to the event website, this is the overall theme of SuiteWorld 2021:
“We’re summoning all our superpowers to bring you a reimagined SuiteWorld. From relocating to the brand-new Caesars Forum in Las Vegas to up-leveling the digital experience, we’ve designed this year’s SuiteWorld to bring the NetSuite community together and learn how to power growth.”
With plans for the conference dashed last year, the NetSuite community will reunite for the first time in over two years to celebrate the 10th SuiteWorld event. And this year, you can attend remotely or in person. Either way, you participate, this is what you can expect from SuiteWorld 2021.
SuiteWorld venue
SuiteWorld is moving from the Sands Expo & Convention Center to Caesars Forum Conference Center. With 550,000 square feet of space, Caesars Forum is the largest conference center in Las Vegas. Debuting last fall, the facility offers state-of-the-art technology and amenities. In terms of lodging, you can reserve a room at Harrah’s or Caesars Palace when you complete your SuiteWorld registration. Both of which are connected to Caesars Forum.

SuiteWorld Expo
The Expo is the heart of SuiteWorld. You can expand your network and learn best practices while picking up cool swag along the way.
- Meet Partners: Solve your business challenges or chat about growth ideas. Check out the theater, where partners share proven ways to drive success with NetSuite.
- Hang Out in the Commons: Connect with the Oracle NetSuite team. Get product demos and learn about services from the people that support them. Or book a private session with a SuiteGuru or in the Customer Visit Center to dive deeply into your technical questions and business goals.
SuiteWorld On Air
SuiteWorld On Air is a brand new online digital program. You can now participate in SuiteWorld from any connected device, whether you’re an expert, newer to the system, or just curious about what NetSuite can do for your organization. Connect with other online attendees through the live broadcast show NetSuite TV, explore the Expo virtually, and learn best practices from NetSuite users worldwide. There are two options for On Air participation: a Discover pass that offers two days of sessions (live and on-demand), including keynotes, and virtual access to the Expo, as well as an All Access pass that provides additional education and networking opportunities. In addition, all online participants can attend the Women in Business Luncheon program sponsored by Deloitte Digital on Wednesday.

SuiteWorld offers something for everyone with 168 sessions throughout the event. Choose sessions based on format, level, industry, and more to curate a custom SuiteWorld experience. NetSuite partners should plan to arrive before noon on Monday to participate in the Partner Summit from 2 pm to 4 pm.

SuiteWorld networking opportunities
There is no shortage of networking opportunities throughout SuiteWorld. Attendees can mingle at the Welcome Reception on Monday from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Breakfast, Tuesday through Thursday, presents additional opportunities to connect with other attendees. Lunch on Tuesday offers the chance to join partner sponsors or NetSuite product experts, and on Wednesday, you can sit with your local user group and meet with additional product teams.
SuiteWorld Party
The theme of this year’s party is SuiteWorld’s 10th anniversary. Dubbed the 10×10 Party and held at the new Virgin Hotel, it’s bound to be a splash, the event is Wednesday evening from 7:30 pm-11:00 pm. While SuiteWorld doesn’t offer a guest pass for the conference, SuiteWorld attendees can purchase a guest pass for the 10×10 party for $295.
