FAQs.
Who can access the app?
Any Sinch MessageMedia user with ‘admin’ or ‘advanced’ role permissions can download and use the mobile app as part of their regular subscription.
What iOS/Android versions are supported?
The versions supported are: iOS 15, 16, 17 and Android 12, 13, 14.
What devices is the mobile app compatible with?
Currently, just your smartphone. The mobile app isn’t optimised for tablets, smartwatches, and smart TVs, so using the app on those devices isn’t actively supported.
Can I access my Sinch MessageMedia contacts on the mobile app?
In the mobile app you can view and message all contacts from your Sinch MessageMedia account. At this stage you can’t edit contacts nor create new ones from the mobile app – although that is on the roadmap.
Will I be notified of incoming messages if I send from an integration, for example Salesforce or HubSpot?
Yes, the inbox collects all messages, including replies to messages sent using integrations. So if, for example, you send an SMS campaign from HubSpot, you can manage all your campaign replies in the mobile app.
