NetSuite is celebrating its 25-year anniversary this year at SuiteWorld, so you better believe it’s going to be an event to remember. If you’re planning to SuiteUP but need a bit of help with prepping for the event, look no further.

Here’s a rundown of what to expect at SuiteWorld 2023.

As with previous years, the agenda at this year’s SuiteWorld is a mix of intensive deep-dive sessions, shorter educational sessions, lectures and chats, big-name spotlight sessions, roundtable lunches, and plenty of networking opportunities. Whether you’re there to make connections, grow your skills, or stay on top of all the trends, there’s something for everybody. Especially with an impressive 346 sessions. The session catalog can be broken down by themes, product areas, and audiences, but here’s an overview of what you’ll be looking at.

Keynote Presentations: Attend the keynote presentations to hear from industry leaders, NetSuite executives, and special guests. These sessions provide insights into the future of NetSuite and the business landscape.

Customer Success Stories: Learn from real-life examples of NetSuite customers who have achieved success with the platform. These sessions often feature case studies and best practices that you can apply to your own business.

Product Demos: Get hands-on experience with NetSuite’s latest products and features through live demos. These sessions allow you to explore the capabilities of the platform and understand how it can benefit your organization. There will be a plethora of product round tables available during lunch so peruse through this list to plan your mealtime strategy.

Industry-Specific Sessions: If you are part of a specific industry, make sure to attend sessions that cater to your sector. These sessions focus on industry-specific challenges, trends, and solutions, allowing you to gain valuable insights from experts in your field.

Networking Opportunities: Take advantage of networking sessions to connect with other attendees, including NetSuite users, partners, and experts. These sessions provide an opportunity to share experiences, exchange ideas, and build valuable professional relationships. One such opportunity – The Party features musical sensation OneRepublic. What better place to chat up your new NetSuite connections while enjoying food, drink, and soul-stirring lyrics?

Extensive Partner and Expo Showcase: The SuiteWorld Expo serves as a bustling marketplace for exhibitors, partners, and solution providers to showcase their latest innovations and services. This is an opportunity to explore a wide array of solutions and gain insights from ecosystem partners who provide complementary products and services to enhance and extend your NetSuite implementation. Connect with experts who can offer personalized solutions to meet your unique business requirements. Plus, who doesn’t love a few fun contests and swag, amiright?

READY TO THROWBACK TO THE 90s?: How speedy were your thumbs when sending a text message on your Nokia brick, LG flip phone or razor? Think you’ve still got it? Stop by booth 842 to test your T9 chops, and get a cool retro shirt of your own!

Training and Certification: SuiteWorld often offers training and certification sessions to enhance your skills and expertise with NetSuite. These sessions can help you become more proficient in using the platform and demonstrate your proficiency to potential employers or clients.

PRO TIP: Last year, our  SMS for NetSuite product manager found the NetSuite Training sessions extremely valuable to 1. better understand the full breadth and depth of NetSuite capabilities and 2. gain insights right from expert NetSuite users (like you) on the best ways to optimize SMS for NetSuite to support your business.

And because there are 238 in-person sessions, on top of the 111 on air sessions, the filters can help you hone in on those sessions that might prove to be the most valuable. Don’t forget to add breakfast and lunch into your schedule – Grab-n-Go breakfast items are available in the Expo and a full buffet will be available for breakfast and lunch, outside at SuiteEats.t*Not attending SuiteWorld? Smart tips for navigating SuiteWorld 2023

How should I prepare for SuiteWorld 2023?

Depending on where you stay you’ll be anywhere from a 2 to 20-minute walk from Ceasar’s Forum. And because you’re in Vegas, it’s best to prepare to do some walking. Plan accordingly, and pack clothing and shoes that will hold up for long treks and longer seated sessions.

Speaking of gearing up with the right shoes, remember the ‘Blue Shoe Crew’ from last year? You’ll have to keep an eye out for the blue and yellow kicks we snagged to match our retro shirts this year!

Other items to remember:

  • A refillable water bottle
  • Snacks to stash in your day bag
  • A portable charger, to keep your phone going through long days
  • Something to take notes, whether digitally or old-school

Other items to note:

  • There is no formal dress code, so dress however you feel most comfortable (many attendees dress business casual). The average temperature in October in Las Vegas is 83 °F (28 °C) and SuiteWorld activities will take place both indoors and outdoors, so dressing in layers will allow for flexibility as meeting rooms can be cool and networking activities may take place outside.
  • Due to security protocol, luggage and overnight bags are not allowed in Caesars Forum. Plan to leave your items with the bell desk at your hotel if you’re checking out Thursday morning.
  • Other questions? Check out the SuiteWorld FAQ. And when onsite, the SuiteWorld Help Desk is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. PT. or you can email here with any questions.

Once you’re at SuiteWorld 2023

Welcome to Vegas! After you’ve arrived at Caesar’s Forum and have your badge (you will need to have your badge on you at all times during this conference), take a left and head down the hall to the exhibit room, to where all the action is. Here’s where the buzz and excitement of SuiteWorld washes over you. Explore, meet new people, and have fun!

AND WHILTE YOU’RE THERE, COME SEE US AT BOOTH 842: Or look for the folks with the retro cell phone shirts and colorful shoes to match – that’s us.

Speaking of retro cell phones, when you visit us, why not see if your thumbs can keep up with a 1992-era T9 texting challenge? We’d also love to answer all the questions you have about how to make SMS fit into your business, your workflows, and your one-on-one conversations – invisibly from right within NetSuite.
