November 9, 2020: Denver, Colorado – MessageMedia Group, a global leader in business messaging has entered an agreement with Phizzle to acquire their SMS messaging business. The transition will allow Phizzle’s SMS customers to enhance their user experience and provide additional tools for communication.
Since 2008, Phizzle has been a messaging provider for small businesses and organizations in the sports and entertainment industries. Phizzle is moving away from messaging and is focusing resources on the Industrial Internet of Things. The decision to partner with MessageMedia Group was made to ensure continuity of services for existing organizations and to provide features and functionality that will allow organizations to be in a prime position for future success.
