So you have now set up an appointment reminder, but what happens when a client replies to confirm their attendance? Well, their reply will appear in your MessageMedia account. But today, we\u2019re going to show you how you can update your Google Calendar appointment automatically. This will allow you (if you choose) to create a set-and-forget reminder system that means you don’t need to check your inbox.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If a client replies \u2018C\u2019 or \u2018Confirm\u2019, your meeting will change to say \u2018Confirmed\u2019 at the beginning and should show up in a new colour, making confirmed appointments immediately recognisable. Like this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
