But being able to communicate with customers in the right way and at the right time \u2013 that\u2019s the holy grail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Michael explains that for some, doing that means a full tech-stack overhaul. Take CBD College, an Australian vocational education provider known for &#8216;ticket&#8217; courses like First Aid that need renewing every year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recently, Lupo Digital helped CBD shift from Salesforce to HubSpot. They <a href=\"https:\/\/messagemedia.com\/au\/integrations\/hubspot\/\">integrated HubSpot<\/a> with CBD\u2019s student management system to bring all the different systems under one roof.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That was just the first step.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe end goal is to increase re-enrolment conversion and sales \u2013 and the success rate of this campaign massively depends on SMS,\u201d Michael says.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The solution.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Lupo Digital has tested several SMS platforms over the years but never quite found the right fit \u2013 until MessageMedia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWhat I love most is that MessageMedia is part of a global company with a local presence. Within two hours of a lead capture in HubSpot, an SMS goes out.
